    Required skills

    • 5+ years of experience in insight-driven data processing, data-platform design and implementation, with a focus on cloud-based software solutions
    • Experience with data warehousing and building data marts
    • Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure architectures and application portfolios (AWS, Azure and SaaS providers such as Salesforce, SAP S4/HANA)
    • Excellent knowledge and strong experience with AWS
    • Experience with managing all accesses via OKTA
    • Experience with cloud services, you know the “gotchas”, potential problems, and how to deploy geographically redundant services
    • A commitment to proven practices, you have your opinions on operational processes, DevOps, deployment checklists and more
    • Good knowledge of technical concepts and tools in analytics, programming in Java, R and/or Python
    • Being well-organized with the ability to identify, research, coordinate and resolve issues
    • Self-driven and detail oriented with high standards of accuracy and precision
    • Flexibility to work hours needed to meet monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines
    • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work with large amounts of complex data

    As a plus

    • Practical knowledge of designing and writing SQL queries, experience with AWS Redshift and/or Power BI
    • Passion for OpenSource software and the related community, strong sense of humor, and #daringtobedifferent
    • Drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, international team, with hands-on mentality


    • Be responsible for the firm’s architecture, enterprise-wide IT support for data and information governance, business intelligence tools and effective data exploitation
    • Work in BI team of 6-10 engineers and lead the team to the solid deliverables
    • Design, maintain and enhance cloud-based data models, including business semantics, metadata management, metadata work flow management and data modeling
    • Translate business needs to technical specifications
    • Maintain and support data analytics platforms
    • Create and maintain data marts
    • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting, maintain and improve existing BI solutions at the company
    • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
    • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
    • In alignment with “BI & Integration TPO”, analyze requirements, plan, implement and maintain application, data and associated solution architecture initiatives
    • Maintain and document technical BI architecture requirements for development, execution and operations environments
