Required skills

– 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Product Manager

– Experienced and knowledgeable in the logistics industry
– Experience with web-based software solutions

– Ability to quickly learn and internalize software capabilities and translate customer use-cases into system configuration
– Experience QA’ing and Regression Testing from an end-user perspective
– Strong and current knowledge of technology platforms and ability to quickly adapt to
new software
– Strong interpersonal and communication/listening skills
– Excellent time management skills and ability to quickly jump from one focus to the next
– Level of English: Upper-Intermediate

As a plus

– Understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, preferably focused in the RFP and Bid process
– Experience in Dashboard Building (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau)

– Scheduling and hosting periodic check-ins with our customers, no less than a quarter, but more frequent for our larger customers (bi-weekly)
– Creating customer presentation materials regarding platform usage, release notes and support metrics
– Demonstrating new capabilities to current customers and assistance in identifying and testing use-cases for new functionality
– Hosting End-User Training Sessions, Train-the-Trainer Sessions, and Customer-Admin Training Sessions on new functionality
– Working with customers to improve end-user engagement and reduce support ticket issues
– Creating scope documents when new use-cases/additional functionality is requested
– Troubleshoot and create reproduction documentation on reported issues and prioritize issues using several criteria, including how many customers and users are affected, if there are feasible workarounds, if it’s a core feature and if it’s a common use-case
– Facilitating hand-offs of approved scope to the Implementation Team for configuration
– Providing Product/Engineering insight into requests for additional functionality and facilitating meetings to discuss requirements, priorities, and timing
– Assisting in Customer Renewals, Billing Inquiries, and Invoicing
– Assisting in Customer Support for current customers and their end-users
– Identify and escalate systemic outages as well as blockers to new customer implementations

The client’s portfolio includes freight forwarders, carriers, domestic brokerages, and software companies that developed TMS, rate engines, supply chain automation, and CRMs.
