The age range of KITRUMers spans from 60 to 21, and they are all located on every continent of Earth, including countries like the USA, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Ukraine, Canada, Argentina, and many others. Interestingly, according to our annual questionnaire, 96% of KITRUM team members are proud to work here, and 94% confirm they have everything they need for comfortable remote work.

If you want to complete some courses related to your profession, you’re more than welcome to do so, and KITRUM will cover up to 50% of the total amount. Our developers often purchase individual course subscriptions on platforms like Udemy to stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques.

Our team-building events range from cooking classes with top Ukrainian chefs to sports marathons online and offline, workshops, “Happy Hours” on the last Friday of each month, and book clubs. These gatherings bring us together, strengthening our bonds and enhancing team collaboration. Just in 2023, we created 41 such events to spend quality time together!

Corporate parties

Our corporate parties, such as for KITRUM’s birthday, are unforgettable affairs where we roll out the red carpet, invite special guests, and create memories that last a lifetime. By the way, online corporate parties aren’t worse than offline. We usually invite special guests, hold a spectacular program, and cover expenses for food&drinks 🙂

  • There are 30 days of paid vacation a year, including national holidays, that provide an option for KITRUMers to unwind and recharge fully. Yet we believe in flexibility, even when it comes to celebrations. So, unlike other companies, we’re not tied to specific dates.
  • 30 unpaid vacation days a year. If the paid holidays aren’t enough, Kitrum provides 30 unpaid vacation days per year, allowing for personal time, travel, or other commitments.
  • Kitrum offers a 90-day sabbatical for personal development, travel, or pursuing a passion project, contributing to people’s growth and development.
  • 6 paid sick leave days a year. We believe in keeping the sick days light-hearted. You’re allotted up to 6 paid sick leave days a year, no doctor’s note needed – just get well soon!
