Our client is a leading provider of solar panel systems for homeowners. Their innovative approach eliminates the barriers associated with traditional installations. Thus, homeowners enjoy the benefits of a flexible electricity contract, paying solely for the energy they consume from the system. This revolutionary model eliminates upfront costs, high monthly payments, and unnecessary risks.
Story behind
20 years ago, at age 18, one of the founders of the project, installed Armsheim’s first solar panel system on his parents’ roof. The event even garnered attention from the press, highlighting his passion for renewable energy. However, over the years, he realized that despite the increasing interest in solar power, it still remained hard for homeowners to harness its benefits. Motivated by this realization, he and his friend created the project to simplify solar power adoption in order to make it more accessible to people.
In March 2022, they approached us with a visionary request to develop a mobile app for the project. The app would simplify the process of using self-generated green energy from rooftop solar systems and eliminate the complexities faced by potential users. It also aimed to reach a broad audience and expand its services, so scalability and compatibility were crucial considerations.
