CPEC.ai platform is explicitly designed for Project Management of capital projects during the execution phase. The platform allows users to view insights, alerts, and future predictions based on deep data analysis within the digital ecosystem.
Project Overview
The platform intends to optimize all processes involved in constructing large-scale industry products. Monitoring KPIs, such as the labor force productivity and the efficiency of the market supply, enables continuous accurate cost and schedule forecasts to completion values and dates.

KITRUM’s first task was to create an MVP for potential clients. The feature set will be negotiated with the customer based on the timeframes. Since usability is essential to the client, the system should be intuitive, with no more than five clicks to get information.
